To register for a unique lockbox code, which will allow you to rent the tennis machine in the future, please print and read all the documents below and keep them for future reference. These documents will detail the guidelines and procedures associated with the rental. Completing and submitting the registration form below constitutes acceptance of the terms of the documents and the liability of use. These documents will also be e-mailed to you with your unique lockbox code.
